Starting and maintaining a sound exercise program is not an easy task;  It takes time, motivation, and an understanding of how to reach your goals.

My Mission:
To set you up for success, providing you the necessary tools to achieve your specific exercise goals, and guiding you to overcome your own personal obstacles in order to be successful.


The Process
  1. We begin with a basic fitness assessment.
  2. I design an individualized program based on your own personal needs, and provide you with the tools you will need to follow the program on your own.
  3. I will schedule periodic follow-ups with specific testing to evaluate your progress.
  4. I will provide you with a “Prescription of Exercise” – at the end of each session you will  receive a prescription to follow — this will ensure that you will continue on the road to successfully reaching your workout goals.
The History
Jonna Ocampo is a graduate from Fairleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey with a Bachelor of Arts degree.  She was featured in, and/or wrote several articles of interest focusing on the health and fitness industry, for the following publications:  Women’s Physique World, IronmanFlex, Musclezine, MuscleMagazine InternationalParillo Press, and Powerlifting USA.  She did commentary/voiceovers for the television show MuscleSport USA on MSG Network, and had her own television show, on the east coast called High Energy Athletic Training.  With over 20 years of experience in the field of health and fitness, below is a list of her qualified certifications:
