The Mission
 
Starting and continuing a sound exercise program is not an easy task.  It takes time, motivation, and an understanding of how to reach your goals.  
 
It is my philosophy to set up clients for success,
not failure, to provide the necessary resources to enhance or improve lifestyle, achieve specific exercise goals, and discover how to overcome obstacles in order to be successful. 
 
The Process
  1. Commence your program with a Fitness Assessment
  2. Design of the individualized program
  3. Intermittent follow-ups (specific testing to evaluate progress)   
  4. A Prescription of Exercise - at the end of each session you will  receive a prescription to follow -- this will ensure that you will continue on the road to reaching your workout goals. 

The History

Jonna Ocampo is a graduate from Fairleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey with a Bachelor of Arts degree.  She was featured in, and/or wrote several articles of interest focusing on the health and fitness industry, for the following publications:  Women's Physique World, Ironman, Flex, Musclezine, MuscleMagazine InternationalParillo Press, and Powerlifting USA.  She did commentary/voiceovers for the television show MuscleSport USA on MSG Network, and had her own television show, on the east coast called High Energy Athletic Training.  With 17 years of experience in the field of health and fitness, below is a list of her qualified certifications:

In Summary my company is interested in actively working with clients to achieve your goals, whether it is to improve your lifestyle, emphasize good health habits, or to go on to take your competitive aspirations to the next level.  I am excited about helping you to transform into a new you and provide conditioning advice, both online and/or face-to-face for a personal training session in order to meet your goals. 
 
**Remember, unlike other services, personal training is only guaranteed with a lifestyle change, and unfortunately you will not see immediate results on day one.  Personal training is unlike paying for the service of a haircut or making a purchase for a car or a house.  You can see the haircut as soon as you leave the salon or the barber's shop, however it will not look the same next week if you don't fix your hair.  The purchase of a home or a car is immediate, and you can live in a house right away or drive your car around town.  That is why, I want to provide a Fitness Prescription at the end of our sessions to ensure your success.
